1. Technical skills: Establish simulation models for micro-optics and sensor performance verification suitable for mobile, industrial, and medical applications. 2. Cooperate with the business line of the marketing department to design optical components and draft 2D/3D mechanical design models according to customer needs. 3. Proficiency in optical design and simulation software Tracepro/Zemax/Code V and proficient use of Solidworks, Comsol/Abaqus/Ansys and Matlab/Python and other software. 4. Ability to implement optical/mechanical tolerance analysis based on simulation models (such as Monte Carlo). 5. Set up and maintain the optical test base station, develop an experimental verification plan, and test/measure the optical performance of the product according to customer requirements. 6. Can demonstrate sample models to customers, give optimization suggestions to customer requirements, edit technical documents and quickly draft suggestions that can attract customers.

1. Master or PhD degree in optical engineering or science-related majors. 2. At least 3 years of relevant design simulation experience in mobile phone/communication/micromechanical optical components/system technology development. 3. Have the ability to brainstorm technologies, and have a solid foundation and rich experience in reliable design and simulation. Possess professional knowledge of various optical measurement systems. 4. Experience in structural, thermal and optical performance (STOP) analysis is preferred. 5. Familiar with 3D ToF (time of flight), spectrum application is another priority. 6. Familiar with mechanical drawing is a big advantage. 7. Good oral and written Chinese and English. 8. Ability to simplify complex problems, quickly grasp the joints of the problem, and formulate practical action solutions. 9. Respond quickly in a fast-developing environment, and have good adaptability in the face of various challenges 10. Excellent interpersonal skills make the communication between the technical team and the sales/marketing team clear and concise.

1. Mainly responsible for module and micro sensor structure design, tolerance analysis, selection and confirmation of component suppliers. 2. Technical communication with suppliers to ensure smooth processing and production of parts and components. 3. Responsible for the summary of product structure technical process documents, including drawing of parts and assembly drawings, process manufacturing, tolerance analysis and compilation, etc. 4. Formulate and compile project technical plans, solve problems independently and finally meet customer requirements through customer demonstrations and customer feedback analysis. 5. Responsible for the construction of module and sensor platform business, the formulation of standards and regulations, and the excavation of advanced technologies in the industry.

1. Bachelor or master degree in physics, mechanical design, optics and related majors. 2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in cell phone/communication/micromechanical optical component structure design, experience in overall structure design and application of optoelectronic products is preferred. 3. Proficiency in drawing software such as Solidworks, Autocad, PCB and PCB packaging design experience is preferred. 4. Knowledge of semiconductor packaging process and finite element analysis experience such as FEA is preferred. 5. Familiar with the working principle and testing mechanism of modules and sensors. 6. Good team communication skills, strong execution and planning skills. 7. Proficiency in written and expressed in Chinese and English.
